Yes, we accept custom orders. Please describe what you would like — colours, style, size, and any additional elements. We will let you know if we can create it, provide estimated production times, and shipping costs to your country.
No, taxes, customs duties, and import fees are not included in the product or shipping cost. You are responsible for any charges required by your country’s customs regulations.
Yes, returns are possible.
If the item doesn’t suit you, you may return it within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
Conditions:
• The buyer covers the return shipping cost.
• The item must be returned in the same condition as received — without damage, scratches, or signs of use.
• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

All parcels are shipped fully insured and tracked. If your item arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the product, and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll help you open an insurance claim with the shipping company and resolve the issue quickly.
Keep the clock out of direct sunlight for long periods. Clean it with a soft dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive or alcohol-based cleaners. Set the time only using the wheel on the back of the mechanism. Do not move the hands manually and avoid turning them backwards.
